Before You Reach Out
To help us assist you faster, please have the following ready:
- Your Account ID (never share your password with anyone, including staff).
- A clear description of the issue, including dates/times if relevant.
- For a Web Shop purchase issue: the approximate date and amount of the charge.
Staff will never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be an admin or GM asks for your login details, please report it to us immediately through one of the channels above.
