Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Cash Credits and other virtual goods purchased through the Web Shop are digital items delivered instantly to your game account. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been successfully delivered, except in the specific situations described below.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund if:

• Non-delivery: your payment was successfully charged but the Cash Credits or item never arrived in your account.
• Duplicate charge: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Unauthorized transaction: your payment method was used without your permission (subject to verification).
• Billing error: you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing or system error on our end.

3. When We Will NOT Issue a Refund

• You changed your mind after a successful purchase and delivery.
• You spent the Cash Credits or used the purchased item in-game.
• Your account was suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service.
• You purchased the wrong item and it was already delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of the transaction through the channels on our Contact page, including:

• Your Account ID (never share your password with anyone, including staff).
• The date and approximate amount of the charge.
• A short description of the issue.

We aim to respond to refund requests within a few business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first — we're generally able to resolve issues faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated, since chargebacks reverse funds outside of our control.

6. Method of Refund

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
