Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging into the game client, or using any part of the Cabal Latino website (including the Web Shop), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Cabal Latino Is

Cabal Latino is an independently operated, fan-run private server for the game Cabal Online. It is provided free of charge for gameplay purposes, with optional paid Cash Credits available through the Web Shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ESTsoft Corp., ESTsoft Inc., or any official publisher or rights holder of Cabal Online. All game trademarks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including purchases made through the Web Shop.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) from your dashboard's Security settings.
• Accounts are personal and may not be sold, traded, or transferred to another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to access other players' accounts, or probe, scan, or attack the server's infrastructure.
• Abuse bugs or exploits instead of reporting them.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, without refund of any purchased Cash Credits already spent or consumed.

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

• Cash Credits and any other in-game currency or items purchased through the Web Shop are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted back into real money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Purchases are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Prices, available items, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Service Availability

The server is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including permanent shutdown, without liability for any resulting loss of characters, items, or Cash Credits balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabal Latino and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of game progress, items, or virtual currency.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
